Any violation of the Terms of Use agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Use of the Eco Rez Inc Client Log In area
I (We) agree to use the Eco Rez Inc Client Login site only in accordance with this Agreement. Eco Rez Inc may amend or terminate this Agreement at any time.
- I (We) shall be the only authorized users of Eco Rez Inc client login area site under this Agreement. I (We) agree to keep confidential and not publish, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, commercially exploit, or otherwise re-disseminate the data, information, or services provided under this Agreement. I (We) shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of my (our) password(s) and other security data, methods and devices.
- I (We) agree that the Eco Rez Inc client log in and web site is the property of Eco Rez Inc. I (We) agree not to use the Eco Rez Inc site except as authorized by this Agreement and, in any event, not to make it available to any third parties.
- (We) shall immediately notify Eco Rez Inc if there is unauthorized use of my (our) passwords and other security data. (We) shall immediately notify Eco Rez Inc if an employee(s) with password access terminates his/her employment with me (us).
- All notifications to Eco Rez Inc pertaining to this Agreement shall be directed to:

If I (we) fail to notify Eco Rez Inc when any of the above conditions occur, neither Eco Rez Inc nor any of its employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, nor any third parties, can or will have any responsibility or liability to me (us) or to any other person whose claim may arise through use os this site.
