The Industry-Education Council of Hamilton is a noon-profit organization, founded in 1978, and is a leader in nurturing business-education partnerships that focus on student career planning and work experience. As a small company that relies on external funding, as opposed to self-generated revenue, we are very selective when it comes to choosing companies from which we purchase goods and services. When our limiting factor is often cost, we need to use products that are not only economical, but are aoso of high quality. With respect to our laser printing supplies, we exclusively purchase from Eco Rez. In our experience, Eco Rez not only beats their competitors' prices, but actually provides us with a higher quality and longer lasting printer cartridge. We have been a customer for over six months and have not had a single complaint. When a small problem arose with one of the printers, we contacted our contact at Eco Rez, and she quickly sent out a technician to take a look at the situation. It turns out that the problem was not with the cartridge, but with our printer. The technician repaired the printer and the problem was solved. An excellent value-added service that Eco Rez also provides. On top of excepional customer service and high quality products, we are pleased by the fact that Eco Rez also recycles the cartridges. In a world that is increasingly more concerned with the environment and reducing waste, Eco Rez is in our opinion, a leader. Since most of our interaction with Eco Rez is through our rep, it is important for me to note how impressed by her and pleased we are with her. She is always courteous and professional, and in fact, it is often the highlight of my day when I speak to her. Her strenght lies in her personality and customer service. She is always conscientious when we speak with her. She asks if we need anything, a and I never feel that she is trying to "sell" us something. That feeling of beig "sold to" can be a turn-off, and is a challenge for most people in sales to overcome. Your rep overcomes that challenge and never hesitates to rectify any difficulty we may be having with a printer or cartridge. We are very happy to be dealing with Tracy.
